missingWrote a review on 20 Decwrong orderloud alarm
Our stay was disappointing due to several missteps. The room service got our order wrong, which was frustrating. Additionally, we woke up to a loud alarm that went off at 6 am and wasn't reset, making it impossible to get any more rest. I had booked this room for my wife's birthday, and the inconvenience really put a damper on our plans.

Bisha Hotel served up some serious vibes with delicious in-room service food – the chicken was fabulous! Plus, you can chill by the rooftop bar and soak in that epic CN Tower view. The attentive staff really went above and beyond, making our stay feel like a royal affair.
That rooftop pool, while gorgeous, felt more like a photo op with guests dining super close by. It was a bit of a buzzkill, honestly. And I really missed having a proper desk to get some work done. No desk, no productivity!

A breathtaking rooftop experience
Waking up each morning felt like a dream, with the stunning view of the CN Tower from our room. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making every moment delightful.
However, the rooftop pool felt more like a spectator sport rather than a serene escape, cramped with diners enjoying their meals nearby.

My kids wished there was a children's menu because the dining options were limited for younger guests.

Exceptional Service and Stunning Views
I recently stayed for one night and was blown away by the attentive service at the front desk, especially from Maria who made me feel so welcome. The room was cozy with an incredible view of the CN Tower, adding a special touch to my stay. However, I would have preferred a more family-friendly vibe, as the atmosphere leaned towards a more upscale, nightclub feel.

We stayed for a friend's birthday and felt like queens the moment we walked in, especially with champagne and cake waiting for us! The rooftop pool and relaxing sun loungers were such a great way to unwind. The only slight bummer was that the room lighting could have been a tad brighter for reading at night. 🎉
